Mint Homes Pvt. Ltd., US-based realty development and construction group is coming up with a Rs 100 crore residential project in Coimbatore. The investment on the project, financed solely through internal funding, is planned over two years, the company said in a statement. Presently, the company is constructing an integrated housing complex on 2.7 acres of land at Sowripalayam in Coimbatore which will be ready for occupation in January next year. Mint Homes is also planning to develop 250-acre township projects in tier II cities like Coimbatore and Mysore, said Mr. Raj Natrajan, Director, Mint Homes.
