GMADA Aerocity Mohali - Draw Results 2010

The Mohali Aerocity is located along both sides of the 200-feet wide road starting from Sector 66-A to Chhat village on the Chandigarh-Patiala National Highway-64. A total of 3,950 Plots, ranging between 125 square yards (5 marla) and 500 square yards (1 kanal), will be allotted through a draw of lots at a reserve price of Rs 12,000 per square yard (Rs 3 lac/marla). Applicants are required to pay advance interest of 6 months to banks for the earnest money finance; GMADA assures early draw of Aerocity Mohali. This scheme is open from 7th June 2010 to 6th July 2010.
