Indiabulls Coming Up With 8 New Housing Projects

Indiabulls Real Estate (IBREL) is planning to develop eight residential projects over 9.8 million square feet in the current fiscal year to increase cash flows. The Mumbai-based developer planned to launch eight projects in six cities as part of the development plan. All the projects, mostly in the affordable housing category, are expected to be completed by December 2013. The proposed residential launches include, Riverside in Ahmedabad, Indiabulls Greens at Navi Mumbai, Lakeview Park at Chennai, Indiabulls Paramount, Indiabulls Metropolitan and Indiabulls Orion at Gurgaon, Indiabulls City at Sonepat (NCR) and Hillside View at Vishakhapatnam.
