Maytas Properties Plans To Raise Rs 150 Crore

Maytas Properties said that it is planning to raise about Rs 150 crore by bringing in a strategic partner for the Hill County Project. The company is developing luxury villas and apartments but the work is being held back due to scarcity of funds. The Government-nominated member of Board on Maytas Properties, Mr Ved Jain, said that the company was exploring various options to raise funds, including strategic partner, sale of some of the land, if required, or offer it as collateral.
