Office Space Rentals In Metros Fall Further

According to the latest C B Richard Ellis report, rental and capital value of office space has seen a further decline during the January-March quarter in cities like Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Kolkata. Firms that have been hit by the slowdown such as financial and IT are postponing their capital commitments and giving up excess space. As per the report, the prospect of any sharp decline is unlikely. Transactions are expected to pick up in the major cities in the medium to long-term.
