Unitech To Launch 40 Projects

Realty major, Unitech plans to launch over 40 new projects, mainly in the residential sector, during the current fiscal and also enter the Rs 10 lakh housing segment. The company, which witnessed an all-time low in sales during last year, plans to develop 30 million sq ft of area, of which 90% will be in the residential segment. The company has started launch of projects priced below Rs 20 lakh and is planning to offer products priced below Rs 10 lakh, it said.
